OTCC members pay an annual membership fee (starts at $25 /year) then may take advantage of significant discounts on services and fuel purchases.

Members create an account and provide information on their fuel usage, such as the type of fuel used and estimates of how many gallons will be needed.

Our Town Energy Alliance (the fuel division) gathers this information from all members and uses that volume buying power to secure discounted fuel rates from leading area fuel providers including Irving , Eastern Oil and Propane, as well as other fuel providers.

Once the fuel prices are secured, we notify members of the prices. Members take advantage of purchasing  fuel at the discount rate directly from the fuel dealer, but  are not obligated to accept the bid price. To take advantage of the program, you must sign a contract with the dealer. See Terms & Conditions for more details.

The  fixed discount rates are for the upcoming Fall heating season and vary by vendor. Some vendors offer a variable "rack" discount price as well.

In addition to fuel savings, your membership includes other discounts as well.  Watch for new discount programs, we're adding new ones all the time!
